JustMe. has no servers of its own and does not collect, sell or share your personal data. No accounts on our side, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. JustMe. no tiene servidores propios y no recopila, vende ni comparte tus datos personales. Sin cuentas en nuestros sistemas, sin analíticas, sin anuncios y sin rastreo.

• Your content. Messages, reminders, lists, links, notes and files are stored on your device. If iCloud is turned on, they sync through your private iCloud account (Apple CloudKit and iCloud Drive), which only you can access. We can’t see it. Tu contenido. Mensajes, recordatorios, listas, enlaces, notas y archivos se guardan en tu dispositivo. • Sign in and lock. Sign in with Apple only gives the app an anonymous identifier, kept in your device’s Keychain together with your PIN. • Saved links. To show a preview, the app loads the page’s title and image directly from that website, and asks Google’s favicon service for the site’s icon, which only receives the website’s domain. • Diagnostics. Performance and crash reports (Apple MetricKit) stay on your device. The Pact helps families and couples agree on a screen-time challenge and a real reward. Unlike our other apps, it needs an account and keeps some data so that the people in a pact can share it. This section explains what we keep, why, where, for how long and what you can do about it. The Pact ayuda a familias y parejas a acordar un reto de tiempo de pantalla y un premio de verdad. Who is responsibleResponsable

The Indie Legacy Studios, the independent developer shown as the seller of The Pact on the App Store, is the controller of your data (in Canada, the organization accountable for it). What we keepQué guardamos

• Account. You sign in with Apple. We keep Apple’s identifier for you only as a one-way hash, linked to a random account ID. We don’t ask Apple for your name or email and never receive them. Sign-in sessions are stored hashed. We also keep, encrypted, a token from Apple used only to revoke the app’s access when you delete your account. Cuenta. Inicias sesión con Apple. • Household. Your role (plan holder, adult or child), the age range you confirmed, your household and, for couples, the link between both adults. For a child’s account, when and by whom a parent or guardian confirmed it and gave consent, and the App Store country. Where U.S. state law requires it, we check the age range your Apple Account shares with the app against your role; we keep only that it was checked, not the range. Invitation codes are stored only as hashes and expire after 24 hours. Hogar. • Names you choose. Optional nicknames you give to people in your household, including the name you write in or accept from an invitation. Only you see the nicknames you give. Nombres que eliges. • Pacts. The terms you agree on (challenge type, daily minutes or time window, dates, time zone, number of days, an optional activity such as “read a chapter” and an app name you type), the reward you write, proposals, suggested changes and signatures, and which finished pacts you archived. For each day of a pact: kept, over the limit or not verifiable; whether Screen Time on the participant’s iPhone reported it or a person confirmed it, who and when; and the times at which Screen Time started, ended or interrupted that day’s tracking. Never which apps were used or for how long beyond the agreed limit being reached. Resultados diarios. • Check-ins, screenshots and photos. Your own account of a finished day (kept it, tough day or not sure, and the activity). If you choose to, a screenshot of the agreed app, or, in challenges with an activity, a photo of it (taken in the app or picked from your library), that you crop and send as evidence for a day; we receive only that image, re-encoded without its location or other original metadata, never access to your photo library. Both are shared with the other person in the pact and are not measurements. Registros, capturas y fotos. Tu versión de un día terminado (lo cumplí, mal día o no lo sé, y la actividad). • Rewards. Whether the reward is locked, earned, reported as delivered and confirmed as received. Premios. Si el premio está bloqueado, ganado, entregado según quien lo da y recibido según quien lo gana.
• Device and notifications. A random ID created by the app for your iPhone, whether Screen Time permission is granted, Apple’s push token for the iPhone, its time zone and language, and your notification choices, and the identifier Apple assigns to your download of the app, so we know if a parent or guardian withdraws consent for it in the App Store. Shortly after midnight we may send a silent notification, with no content, so the app can upload the finished day. Dispositivo y notificaciones. Cuándo tu hogar alcanzó por primera vez cada paso (lo creó, invitó a alguien, firmó un pacto, cumplió un día, recibió un premio…) y totales diarios anónimos, medidos en nuestro propio servicio para mejorar la app. Nunca nombres, premios, apps ni uso, y sin analítica de terceros. Se borran con el hogar.
• Security. Minimal records of actions (type, time and account ID, never reward text or usage) and short-lived counters that limit abuse. Server logs show the type of request and its result, not its content. Seguridad. Registros mínimos de acciones (tipo, hora e ID de cuenta, nunca el texto del premio ni el uso) y contadores temporales que limitan abusos. What stays on your iPhoneQué se queda en tu iPhone

The apps you choose in Screen Time stay on your iPhone as opaque tokens that even we can’t read; the service only receives a fingerprint to check the selection didn’t change. The Pact reads no messages, contacts, photos you don’t send, browsing history or location, and doesn’t block apps. Las apps que eliges en Tiempo de uso se quedan en tu iPhone como identificadores opacos que ni siquiera nosotros podemos leer; el servicio solo recibe una huella para comprobar que la selección no ha cambiado. Why we use itPara qué lo usamos

• To run the app you asked for: accounts, households, pacts, daily results, rewards, notifications and the household plan (performance of our contract with you). Para que funcione la app que has pedido: cuentas, hogares, pactos, resultados diarios, premios, avisos y el plan del hogar (ejecución del contrato contigo).
• For children below the age of digital consent, on the consent of their parent or guardian, given when they confirm the child’s account. En menores por debajo de la edad de consentimiento digital, con el consentimiento de su madre, padre o tutor, que lo da al confirmar la cuenta del menor.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and understand which steps of the app work (legitimate interest). Para mantener el servicio seguro, evitar abusos y entender qué pasos de la app funcionan (interés legítimo).

We don’t show ads, track you across apps or websites, use third-party analytics, build profiles, or sell or share your personal information. A day marked as kept or over the limit by Screen Time only affects your pact inside the app; it has no legal or similar effect on you, and any day can be reviewed by the people in the pact. No mostramos publicidad, no te rastreamos en otras apps ni webs, no usamos analítica de terceros, no creamos perfiles y no vendemos ni cedemos tus datos personales. Que Tiempo de uso marque un día como cumplido o superado solo afecta a tu pacto dentro de la app; no tiene efectos jurídicos ni similares para ti, y cualquier día puede revisarse entre las personas del pacto.

Who can see whatQuién ve qué

The person who takes on a pact and the person who gives the reward see that pact, its daily results, check-ins, screenshots, photos and reward. A child’s parents or guardians in the household see that child’s pacts. A child always knows what is shared, because they sign the pact and see the same results. Nobody outside your household can see your data. Quien asume un pacto y quien da el premio ven ese pacto, sus resultados diarios, registros, capturas, fotos y el premio. Los padres o tutores del hogar ven los pactos de sus hijos. Un menor siempre sabe qué se comparte, porque firma el pacto y ve los mismos resultados. Nadie de fuera de tu hogar puede ver tus datos.

Where it is stored and who helps usDónde se guarda y quién nos ayuda

Your data is encrypted (AES-256) and stored in our service’s database, on a server we rent from Hetzner Online in Germany (EU). This is not end-to-end encryption: our service decrypts the data to run the app. Encrypted backups of the database are kept with Cloudflare R2 in the EU. Providers that process data for us: Hetzner (server hosting, Germany), Cloudflare (encrypted backups, EU) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, push notifications, App Store). Apple may process data in the United States and other countries; transfers from the EU, the UK and Canada rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Children and teensMenores

The Pact is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data; if we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we delete it. Teens (13 to 17) can only join through an invitation from a parent or guardian in their household, who must confirm their account and give consent. Children never see purchase prompts, ads or public profiles, and nothing they share is visible outside their household. If a parent or guardian withdraws consent for the app in the App Store, the teen’s pacts pause until a guardian gives consent again. If you think a child under 13 is using The Pact, write to us. The Pact no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recogemos sus datos a sabiendas; si sabemos que un menor de 13 tiene cuenta, la eliminamos. How long we keep itCuánto tiempo lo guardamos

We keep your data while your account exists. Each person keeps their 10 most recently archived pacts; an older archived pact is deleted, with its days and reward, once everyone in it has let it go. Rewards you received stay in your rewards history (the reward, who gave it to whom, the challenge and the date) until the account of either person is deleted. Security records are kept for up to 180 days and App Store notification IDs for 7 days. Encrypted backups are kept for at most 30 days, so anything deleted also disappears from them within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent: we erase your account, sessions, household membership, the pacts you take part in with their results, check-ins, screenshots and rewards, your drafts and nicknames, remove this iPhone’s tracking data and revoke the app’s Sign in with Apple access. If you hold the household plan, the household closes: other members keep their accounts but lose the shared pacts and coverage. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your Apple subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Guardamos tus datos mientras exista tu cuenta. Los registros de seguridad se guardan hasta 180 días y los ID de notificaciones del App Store, 7 días. Las copias de seguridad cifradas se conservan como máximo 30 días, así que lo que se borra desaparece también de ellas en ese plazo. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde la app (Ajustes → Eliminar cuenta). El borrado es inmediato y definitivo: eliminamos tu cuenta, sesiones, pertenencia al hogar, los pactos en los que participas con sus resultados, registros, capturas y premios, tus borradores y apodos, quitamos los datos de seguimiento de este iPhone y revocamos el acceso de la app con Sign in with Apple. Si eres titular del plan del hogar, el hogar se cierra: los demás miembros conservan su cuenta, pero pierden los pactos compartidos y la cobertura. Eliminar tu cuenta no cancela la suscripción de Apple; cancélala en los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple.

Your rightsTus derechos

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and withdraw any consent at any time (for a teen, the parent or guardian can too). Write to contact@theindielegacy.com; we answer within one month (45 days for U.S. state privacy laws) and never treat you differently for asking. You can also complain to your data protection authority: in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es); in the UK, the ICO (ico.org.uk); in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (priv.gc.ca) or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information (cai.gouv.qc.ca). If you live in a U.S. state with a privacy law, such as California, you have these rights too; we don’t sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Puedes pedir acceso, rectificación, supresión o portabilidad de tus datos, limitar su uso u oponerte a él, y retirar cualquier consentimiento cuando quieras (en un menor, también su madre, padre o tutor). Escribe a contact@theindielegacy.com; respondemos en un mes como máximo y nunca te tratamos distinto por pedirlo. Security, problems and changesSeguridad, problemas y cambios

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit access to our service and keep the minimum. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires. To report content or behavior in a household that worries you, or a security problem, write to us. If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app before it applies. Ciframos los datos en tránsito y en reposo, limitamos el acceso a nuestro servicio y guardamos lo mínimo. Ningún sistema es completamente seguro; si una brecha te afecta, te avisaremos a ti y a las autoridades como exige la ley.
